College Scholarship deadline: May 9, 2008
The Boscawen Conservation Commission announced on April 18, 2008 that is soliciting applications for its Conservation Scholarship Program. The Program is open to all senior high school students who are Boscawen residents. Up to $500 will be reimbursed for books to a student pursuing a degree in conservation or other natural resource program at an accredited university. Full Moon Snowshoe and Cross-country Ski Nights were held in February and March

Boscawen Town Forest Day • October 14, 2006
The Boscawen Conservation Commission held its annual Town Forest Day on October 14 with special guest, Kevin Gardner, renowned author and stonewall builder. Kevin guided visitors through the Town Forest and explained the structure, purpose, and origin of the Forest’s many stone structures including wells, springhouses, walls, fences, culverts, and foundations.
